Mill Park sold winners have brought Christmas cheer to their owners over the holidays with Mail It In scoring at Gawler on Christmas Eve, while improving three year-old Dream First opened her account at Mornington on Wednesday.
Trained by Leon and Troy Corstens, Dream First has always shown good ability having placed in the Group III MRC Blue Diamond Preview at two and raced away to win over 1200 metres by a length and a half.
A $90,000 Magic Millions purchase (pictured above as a yearling) for Malua Bloodstock/ Bahen Bloodstock, the daughter of Dream Ahead (USA) is from former good metro winner Tobouggie Woogie, a half-sister to Group II winner Majestic Music from the family of Group I winner Serious Speed.
Sadly, Tobouggie Woogie died in 2014 and her last foal, a Sepoy filly was sold by Mill Park at the 2016 Magic Millions fetching $150,000.
Scoring his fifth win on Christmas Eve was four year-old Reset gelding Mail It In, a $50,000 Inglis Premier Yearling Sale purchase from the draft of Mill Park.
Prepared by Leon MacDonald and Andrew Gluyas, Mail It In won by a length and a half over 1700 metres and has now won just shy of $250,000.
He is a half-brother to Group III winner Daytona Grey and is the sixth winner from terrific producer Southern Rose.
