Back-to-back Irwin wins on agenda for Daytona

Happy Feet.

That, in two words, is the key to Daytona Grey making a successful defence of his Group 3 R. N. Irwin Stakes (1100m) at Morphettville tomorrow.

The Leon Macdonald and Andrew Gluyas-trained gelding racked up his 11th career victory with a shock win in the Listed SAJC Manihi Classic, a race which he finished second last in prior to his 2015 Irwin triumph.
